Badass Black Women in History - Pt. 2 | Sedruola Maruska

We’re celebrating Women’s History Month by sharing Badass Black women who are often overlooked when it comes to accolades. This week we’re talking about two women who endured indignities to push the cause of equality forward. Why Black women? Well, If we don’t look out for each other, who will?

In the beginning of this episode I also talk about “the slap” at the Oscars and what I think may be a better direction to go than to vilify and dismiss.
