Kevin McDonald | Affecting Change at a Large Institution

In this episode, Kevin McDonald talks to us about why he believes discussions about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will continue to grow. Kevin McDonald is the University of Virginia’s Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community Partnerships. He joined UVA after serving as the Chief Diversity Officer and Vice Chancellor for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity at the University of Missouri System and the University of Missouri – Columbia Kevin holds a law degree from The Ohio State University and a doctoral degree in higher education leadership from the University of Rochester. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
